i previously worked for a creative startup called The Floor where i curated 25+ in-person, virtual and hybrid events as their events and marketing
I head up networking events, gigs, livestreams and workshops, working with the likes of Liam Bailey, Hollie Cook, Isabel Sachs (I LIKE NETWORKING), Newton Faulkner and Terri Walker. I also produced content at festivals and in 2022, I represented the company at SXSW in Austin, Texas.
The Floor was a platform built on the direct-to-fan business model, so helping creators make money was at the core of every decision I made and event I produced. The role also allowed me to support artists through the Creator Fund, of which I was on the committee.
